I have been providing medical reports as an expert witness for the last 17 years. I have represented both claimant's and defendant's solicitors. I have expertise in musculoskeletal trauma, and am accredited with APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
In the last 12 years I have provided expert opinion in the area of Clinical Negligence, and again have represented both claimants and the NHSLA / NHS Resolution. Particular interest in elective lower limb surgery / injury, and joint replacement and revision surgery.
I attended a Premex one day seminar on Medicolegal Report Writing in October 2013.
